It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Douglas Pugh, was promoted to glory on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the age of 95. While we grieve the loss of his presence here with us, we also rejoice in the knowledge that he is now with our Lord and Savior.
Douglas was a long time Salvationist who held several local leadership positions over the years. He was also a founding member of The Salvation Army in Mississauga. Douglas was an active member of Heritage Brass, retiring many years ago.
Please keep Douglas’s family in your prayers during this difficult time. Wife Jean, children: Sharon (late Roger) and Chris (Ann), grandchildren: John (Jenny), Matthew and Katharine (Jordan), and a great granddaughter Charlotte.
A celebration of life for Douglas will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at The Salvation Army Mississauga Community Church, 3173 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, Ontario.
