Bob is the husband of 30 years to Patricia McGowan; father of Kelley Teets (Bill), Tara Hinkle (Kevin), Meghan and Bobby McGowan; brother of Mary King, Jean Voso, Richard, Raymond and Michael McGowan; grandfather of Jacob and Nathan Hinkle, Jackson and Addison Teets. Family will receive friends at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD on Sunday, October 5, 2014, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 6,2014, 10 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Chapel, 16501 Annapolis Rd. Bowie, MD 20715.
