ROBERT J. FERKETIC, SR: On November 19, 2010, Bowie, MD. Beloved father of Jane M. Ferketic, Robert J. Ferketic, Jr. and Mary F. Rumford. Also survived by three grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Colyn, Dean Robert Rumford and Dale Scott Rumford; a sister, Lola Nettel; and a brother William Ferketic. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Helen Ferketic and two brothers, Michael and Richard Ferketic. Relatives and friends may call at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, Rt. 450 and Racetrack Rd., Bowie, MD on Sunday, November 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 29, 11:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Mitchellville, MD. Interment to follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
