Norma C. Damico

Norma Constance Damico (85) passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2022, in Crofton, Maryland. She was born on April 18, 1937, in Tampa, Florida, to the late Morris Giorgianni & Jennie Cacciatore Giorgianni. She married Carl Anthony Damico on February 3, 1958, in Tampa, Florida.

Norma traveled extensively with her husband Carl and spent time living in Germany and Israel. She enjoyed quilting, crafting, and creating Christmas displays. Norma found great joy in watching her grandchildren and great grandson grow up, reading romance and mysteries novels, and spending time with her family and friends.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Tammy Sommer (Steve Moscati); son, Mark Damico (Dorothy); granddaughters, Christina Kyger (David) and Susan Damico; and great grandson Daniel Kyger. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Damico; and her sister, Aileen Maniscalco.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Spring Arbor of Crofton for their compassion and care for Norma.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11am at Our Lady of the Fields, 1070 Cecil Avenue, South, Millersville, Maryland 21108. A private interment for the family will occur on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, in Davidsonville, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Norma’s honor can be made to Our Lady of the Fields, in Millersville, Maryland.
