Peacefully passed on April 9, 2011 of New Carrollton. Beloved husband of Helen E. Robey for 60 years; devoted father of John Robey (Melissa), Paul Robey (Barbara) and William Robey (Nancy); cherished grandfather of Jessica and Matthew Robey. Also survived by two sisters, Catherine Ann and Theresa and a brother Hugh Robey. Relatives and friends may call at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, Rt. 450 & Racetrack Rd. on Sunday, April 17 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, April 18 at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
