Oh beautiful beloved Darlene, oh how I miss you! Rest in God’s Glorious Peace my God Mother, my sister, my friend since I was only 5yrs old that’s 65 years we’ve known each other. I am blessed to know you. Your work here is done. Your mom and my mom were the epitome of what true friendship is, 65 years. Whose gonna sneak fake spiders and snakes in my pocketbook? Thank you again for checking on me when I had my knee surgery, whose gonna remind me what’s coming on TV every day. April 14th, your last voicemail, I listened today, your melodious voice, so happy, this I shall remember most, your beautiful smile and happy melodious voice. Rest now in God’s arms, give our Lord Jesus, Momma, Daddy, Uncle Joe, Aunt Mamie, Aunt Margaret, Sharon, and everyone we’ve loved together there in heaven a big hug and kiss from me and for you.

I've known Darlene fir over 20 years, . She started out as my beautician,  who later  became a true friend.  Darlenecwas known for her pranks, always up to something.  We spoke on a weekly basis, she adored my daughter, always asking about her. I will truly miss her, but God gives us memories. Darlene will forever be in my heart. Sleep on Darlene and take rest. We loved you dearly,  but God loved you best

My name is Janet Davis. My family and I have known Darlene for many years. She went to school with my brother and sisters and I worked with her years ago.  We were great friends for a long time but our friendship suffered for a lot of years but we finally reconnected about 3 years ago.  I enjoyed the time we got to spend together these past years and I will miss her greatly.
