Richard Lynch

Richard is an Army Veteran who served 2 years in Army Intelligence with the U2 Program at the Pentagon in Langley, VA. He enjoyed reading a wide variety of books and watching his favorite sports teams on tv but his biggest pleasure was being with family, and his grandchildren were his pride and joy.

Richard is survived by his loving wife Judy Lynch (Berendzen) and his sons; Richard Gary Lynch and his children Brody, and Jolie all of Lahaina, HI, and his son Chad and wife Shelly Lynch, and their children Jack, Sean, and Ryan all of Hanover, MA. He is preceded in death by his sister Jane Eva Lynch.

“Dick”, as he was known to family and friends, earned a CPA designation and was Comptroller of James Talcott Factors in New York City for many years. In 2014 he and his wife Judy, retired to Cape Cod to spend more time with their sons and grandchildren in Boston and Maui. He enjoyed retirement and was happy to live out his life without ever owning a cellphone.

Services are private. Funeral Arrangements are under Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, Bourne, MA.
