Richard Morin Lund

predeceased him in April, 2021.

Born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, son of the late Walfred and Florence (Morin) Lund, Richard attended Worcester High School of Commerce and Worcester Boy’s Trade School and graduated as a Draftsman.

Richard worked as a Draftsman for most of his career at Morgan Construction in Worcester. He served his country in with the National Guard and the Army Reserve, Sergeant first class for 28 years.

Richard and Barbara raised their family in Northborough, MA before retiring to Cape Cod where he enjoyed boating in Cape Cod bay with his family.

Richard is survived by Karen Fleming and her husband Rob, of North Grafton, Kristen Rakers and her husband Jeff of Belchertown, his granddaughters Jennifer Flint and Amanda Canfield, and his 9 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 am on September 13th at St. John the Evangelist

Catholic Parish, 842 Shore Road, Pocasset, MA. Burial will follow at 1:30 pm at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
