Joseph Chan, age 69, returned to our Lord on Friday, January 17, 2020. He was a supportive father and husband, who taught his children the value of hard work and the importance of simple things in life. He has a sense of humor, and an amazing smile that enabled him to connect well with his restaurant patrons.
Joseph is survived by his wife Irene, his two children: Matthew and Margaret, his two siblings: Peter and wife Laura, Antonio and wife Rose, his nephews and niece: Christopher, Andrew, Linda, Philip, and Louis.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to join the family during visiting hours 5pm to 9pm on Friday January 31 at Waterman-Langone at Boston Harborside, 580 Commercial Street, Boston, MA 02109. Valet parking available at the front door of the funeral home. Funeral Mass Saturday February 1 at 10 AM at St. James the Greater Church, 125 Harrison Ave., Boston, MA 02111. Family will receive relatives and friends at 9 AM at the church prior the Mass. Parking available at Tufts Medical Center parking lot on Hudson St. Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Boston
