Alfred Myers

Alfred Myers, 93, of Las Vegas passed away on November 15, 2024. Alfred was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Alfred is survived by his loving wife, Aida Chan Myers. He was a devoted father to David Myers, Crystal Myers, Arsenio Chow and his wife Flordeliza, Yeeson Chow and his wife Jenny, Allan Chow and his wife Leonora, and Olivia Wong and her husband William and the late Virgora Kwong and her husband George.

He was a treasured grandfather to Dylan Myers, Kenneth Kwong, Henry Kwong and his wife Lea, Karen Bongay and her husband Sam, John Chow, Patrick Chow and his fiancee Alyza Mijares, Genica Hyland and her husband Phillip, Lawrence Chow, Kristen Gabriele and her husband Marc, and Richard Wong and his fiancee Danae Diaz. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Carter Kwong, Cali Kwong, Cooper Kwong, Nicholas Kwong, Sean Bongay, and Jahn Madison.

Those who knew Alfred remember him as a warm and welcoming individual, always surrounded by friends. He had a unique gift for bringing people together, many of whom he met at lively gatherings and parties. His passions included fishing, collecting old coins and antiques, and he found joy in watching his favorite cowboy movies.

Alfred proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Sonarman, First Class.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, December 7, 2024 in the J.S. Waterman Langone Chapel, 580 Commercial St., Boston, MA 02109 from 9am to 11am with a Funeral Service beginning at 11am. Services will conclude with Alfred being laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
