Ann Corrine Hargett Green, 84, died Saturday, April 24, 2010, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo after a car accident. Born in Colbert County, Alabama, in 1926, she was a resident of Landmark Assisted Living in Booneville. Mrs. Green, retired from Brown Shoe Company, was a member of the Booneville Church of Christ. She was a retired volunteer for Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville where she worked in the Gift Shop for fifteen years.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010, at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Doug Greenway and Minister Greg Pollock officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 P.M. until service time on Monday.
She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Donaldson (Tom) of Germantown, TN and Donna Loden (Duke) of Tupelo; two grandchildren, Lesley Barker of Bentonville, AR and Reed Loden of Tupelo; a sister, Elva Scobey of Roswell, GA and a sister-in-law, Marie Hargett of Hamilton, AL.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Luther Reed Green; parents, Henry Judson and Ollie Abel Hargett; and two brothers, Cecil Hargett and Linnie Hargett.
