I was sorry to hear about Philip's passing, and my condolences to his family.

I worked with Philip in the 80's, when we both worked for the Port of San Diego Harbor Police. I was there from 1984 - 1989, however I was able to speak with him on his final work night before his retirement. That was the last time we spoke.

 "Sgt. Flores" was actually the person who did  my background check, and subsequently became one of my favorite supervisors.

I still remember his 'salty' sense of humor to this day, and being a very young officer, he really made an impression on me.

Again my condolences, and RIP Sgt. Flores.

Thank you for the stories and all the time you spent with Brian and I. I played the Irish Rovers for the girls today and talked about all the times we went to see them. Hopefully you found them in a pub and you and Nana are together watching the show. I love you and will miss you always.
