Lil Frank, sad to hear about your passing. Thank you for teaching this hard headed young Sailor back when we were at SIMA. I keep your wisdom and use it when i need it through out my life. You, jesse boy, big frank, joe and the rest of that team have molded me, to be a responsible man. You asked me to make Chief, i made Senior Chief for you and the boys. I am retired now as well. That’s for you Franky! See you up there brother.

 What can I say besides you are missed and loved. 
 You are the true definition of a Man, an awesome brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. 
The last time I saw you I played a song for you that always reminded me of you and it seems so fitting now, ( We May Never Pass This Way Again) by Seals and Croft. 
  I am honored to call you my brother so there for  I tip my hat raise my glass and applaud you, Bravo job well done Bro!

My favorite memories of Uncle Frank all have to do with his hospitality.  Whatever, whenever, wherever he is hosting, he always would make you feel welcome, comfortable, and attended to.  "Let me get you some food, drink, watch a movie, borrow something, help you with that home project..."  I met him probably around the year 2000 when I was dating his niece.  His niece had a somewhat estranged relationship with her father, and she looked up to Uncle Frank as a father figure.  I am grateful for him taking on that role; his guidance in nurturing that relationship in our teens and then into adulthood.  Uncle Frank looked out for others over himself in a lot of ways; one of the most selfless person out there.  When I learned of his passing, I dreamt he would just be chilling on some clouds in Heaven with a movie on, getting up so often to BBQ something, and then welcoming all the new angels with a smile, handshake, and beer.  I'd ask him for help in my situation, and he'd make a joke before later giving a serious answer.  I know Uncle Frank lived his life though, being in the military, having fun with friends and family via his Sinigang Sundays and annual July 4 BBQs.  The man drank beer like it was water!  I miss you Uncle Frank but I have solace knowing when it's my time to join you, you'll be greeting me with some ribs and drinks galore.  Love, Eric Pamintuan.

It's never easy to lose a family member but God  called Franky home his love for his wife Belinda and the kids and Their  kids will be missed but never forgotten because everyone of us leave our impact and. Influence behind to make the world a better place we may have lost a brother A dad a husband a grandad and a soldier but heaven gained an angel  ringing a bell for you Frankie love Mary and Sonny😥😢🙏🏼

Frank, you are going to be  miss on the waterfront, you were a great father, and a good friend to me, we have been friends since 1994 when we met up onboard the USS Cade Cod, and we always met up together working on the same ship.
