To my cousins Elmer,Ellen,Petey,Pedy and the families. It was a very very sad  day for all of us yesterday January 24,2021 as we pay our last respect to a. Special woman, a mother, grandmother, great grandmother,.a friend and of course my Dearest Auntie. I watched  the livestream funeral service and the whole time I was watching it, I had tears rolling down my eyes. We must all felt relieved now that we know she is with the Lord. No more pain and suffering. Hallelujah!,, She is now with the angels and with Ninong and other loved ones who went to face the Lord before her. Grieving over a lost loved one is a long process. The Lord is always good to us., gives us comfort, wipes away our tears and one day we will be able to smile again. 
To you my dear cousins, you have to remember we are now the links that connect  our families  . Our forefathers and our parents had a very unique relationships .Actually, they called each other “Cousin”. It has been a family practice of showing  respect  to each other. I have known Nana Geling through Ellen Grace,her daughter ,my college classmate & dormmate.She is soft spoken,fine lady, & very accommodating,kind woman .
     I can still recall the first time we met back in college,how she entrust Ellen Grace to me.Take care of each other,because we are not here to guide you,that's her exact words,she is going back to the US & my parents & siblings are here too.
I am gonna miss you Nana,love you.

It pains to hear the news of someone passing away every time just like in the case of Nana Geling . But in the positive view  of death , this is the  most awaited gift one can finally received 🙏 from  God . There is that perfect time to be born and  the perfect time to die . Our passport to finally go back to our Creator where no one cannot avoid . Nana is a well- accomplished woman ,She had   been blessed with a life well lived at her age .  Nana Geling’s  death would be easily remembered because she passed away on the 1st day of January , from now  on every New Year we will remember her . .I’ve known her through   Mg Precy  and Mg John AGUIGAM  but I came to know her more because of Peddy and her wife Mardy AGUIGAM , who is one of my BFF’s and co- worker at our job At CMLM . Mardy would always invite me and Henry on gatherings and we got the chance to attend several birthday celebrations like Nana Geling’s birthday party . Each time we attended  her birthday party or give even the simplest gift to her  I would always get a  mailed thank you card from her . I am at awe with her beautiful cursive hand written  sweet thank you  messages .and her thoughtfulness . And every time I saw her , i can remember her saying “ kumusta Antonette 😊” in her sweet spoken voice  and she would start conversations on anything but I remember we love to talk about  few teleseryes or reminisce way back life when she was a teacher in the Philippines .Nana Geling , goodbye for now . “Diyos ti kumoyog  Kenka 🙏 your legacy on Earth  will never be forgotten . “ In ending , our prayers and sincere condolences to the bereaved AGUIGAM families . 

First of all, Grandma Geling, Thank you for everything. Your soft spoken, kind and hospitality. May ypu rest in peace. We will missed you so much . Actually , I was truly blessed when u guide me and helping to go back in Los Angeles, California to find a job and convince Auntie Noellie  I would like to thank you so much especially Lolo Pete Aguigam and Uncle Petey for driving me and accpmpany me as well. Now i been here in the USA for almost 3 decades. I am very successful now. My wife Gleah join me here April 12, 1992 in the US, My daughter born on 9/11/99, in Tarzana , California also my son Gerhomar Neri came and join us in US on Jan 7,2009.Now i have 2 grandkids Emma and Penelope Neri. We have 7 families members including Gerhomar wife Roxanne. You are my lucky charms and also my pathway towards my success. Again, God blessed you so much. No more pain and join Grandpa Pete in heaven. Bye for now. We love and missed you so much. From me, Gleah, Gerhomar and Roxanne, Mariel Joy including my 2 grandkids Emma and Penelope Neri. 


Grandma Geling took care of me as a baby, as a toddler, helped me with my homework in grade school, made my breakfast as a teenager before I would off to school, and guided me throughout college. When I graduated college and moved back home,  I then took care of her. Took her to get her nails done, brought her groceries, and treated her out for dinner every now and then. Although it pains me that she is no longer with us, she is now resting peacefully in heaven with her love Grandpa Pete, and my Grandpa Pat and Grandma Meding. She is no longer suffering. I love you Grandma! 💙

Mrs. Evangeline Aguigam, that was what I called her when I was in 5th and 6th grade. She was my favorite teacher. She was nice and very soft spoken. Then, I met her again in San Diego, CA and that's when i started calling her Nana.  I stayed at their new house for several weeks and she fed me and didn't bother to scold me or ask me to leave. She and her family were wonderful. I will never forget those days. 
Thank you my dearest mistra. You are always in my heart. You are one of my favorite people. Farewell and may you rest in peace forever. Have fun in heaven . ❤

Ninang Evangeline was so gracious to be our sponsor at our wedding in June 21, 1980. She also invited us for a vacation at their home in Batac, Ilocos Norte.
Both her and spouse are very accommodating and warm welcoming. How could we forget their hospitality, graciousness, and kindness. May the Lord grant her the Perpetual Light to shine upon her. May she Rest In Peace. Amen.

Rest in peace Mama,you're now again embracing Our Creator,and Papa,you're no longer in pain,you will be missed but never be forgotten,I personally gonna miss your sweet smiles,thanking you that I know you more better during our conversations especially whenever Ellen is bringing us to dine in those famous restaurants ,the last one we had was at Marie Callender picking up your favorite breakfast. I could vividly remember your beautiful face that time.,and even i pay a  visit to you with Ellen at the hospital and at the facility , the glow in your eyes plus your big smile makes me feel that your gonna be okey.,I again repeat you're gone but you will never be forgotten,you're in my prayers,we all love you.

Grandma Geling will always be remembered for her kind and welcoming heart.  My fondest memories will always be when my brother and I would spend summer vacations at her home in San Diego.  She was always happy to see us and made sure that we ate, were safe, and enjoying while with her.  She made us laugh and gave the best hugs!  The last time I saw her in Temecula, she was the same way.  I will miss you Grandma Geling, but you earned your angel's wings!

My deat Auntie Geling was like my other mother. She was my late Mom’s cousin. I have known Auntie since I was a little girl. Every Sunday after mass, we always went to her house In Batac to visit her and her late Mama who was my Grandpa’s  sister. Auntie Geling always gave me something like candies, chicolates or fruits. She was a very unique lady. She had a beautiful heart, kind, hospitable, generous and loving. I loved her Ilocano dishes she cooked for us when we went to visit her In San Diego. Auntie, we will miss you so much. Thank you for the love you gave us especially to my two kids who also loved and adored you so much. You are now with the Lord. No more pain. You are finally reunited with Ninong. May you Rest In Peace, my DEAR AUNTIE.😢😢😢🙏🙏🙏
