Diane Marie Pawlowski Andersson, age 63, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2022, in her home in San Diego, California. She was born on March 28, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Captain (USN, Retired) Thomas J. Pawlowski, Jr. and Evelyn B. Pawlowski.
Diane graduated from Hueneme High School and attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. For the past 24 years, she thoroughly enjoyed her position as the Human Resources manager for HOIST Fitness. In addition to her normal duties, she helped organize many company events and displays at trade shows and conventions.
Diane loved spending time with family and friends and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed shopping, bike riding, and dancing. Diane was always the life of the party! She was always caring and selfless. She loved all animals, especially her cats, Summer and Sailor.
Diane is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Fred Livengood. She is survived by her sisters: Carol Livengood, Barb Dillon (Walt), Janet Guckenberger (Joe), and her brother, Colonel (USA, Retired) Thomas J. Pawlowski III (Andi), her nieces: Christine Morris, Andrea Zimmon, Cassie Kay, and Catherine Guckenberger, and her nephews: Paul Livengood, Tom Livengood, Michael Dillon, Stephen Dillon, Daniel Guckenberger, Mark Guckenberger, nine great nieces and nephews, and her lifelong friends Jeff Partrick (Trulette) and Kathleen Phaneuf-Lorraine (Kirk).
Visitation will be held on September 17, 2022 at 10:30am-11:30am located at Glen Abbey Chapel of the Roses, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902.
