Charles Francis Russell, age 72, of Chula Vista, California passed away on Sunday April 29, 2018. Charles was born October 1, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

A visitation at Glen Abbey main chapel for Charles will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A funeral service at Little Chapel of the Roses will occur Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A reception at Glen Abbey Little Lodge will occur Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A committal service will occur Monday, May 21, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
