Alfredo P. Olfato, a resident of Chula Vista, California, passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 10, 2024. He was born December 21, 1931 to Abundio and Marcela Olfato from the town of Naic, Philippines. Alfredo, known as “Fred” was the second oldest of 6 children. He was the only son and had 5 sisters.
Alfredo is survived by his wife Francisca, daughter Archita and her husband Joseph, sons Alfredo and wife Lorissa and Alvin and wife Chel along with 8 grandchildren: Carinne, Alexander, Lauren, Adrian, Austin, Andrew, Christopher and Aaron.
A visitation for Alfredo will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Park and Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. A committal service with military honors will be privately held at Miramar National Cemetery on Monday, February 26, 2024.
