Lawrence Raybon Moore

Raybon was born January 28, 1944 in Brunswick County, son of the late Lawrence and Virginia Moore and was also preceded in death by his brothers, Arden, Jerry, Pat, and Johnny. He was a member of Supply Baptist Church and also a member of Shallotte Lodge #727 A.F. & A.M. He was a member and Past President of Brunswick County Shrine Club and also a member of the Scottish Rite.

Survivors include his wife Nancy Lennon Moore of Bolivia; three daughters, Terri Moore, Kimberly Bruton and husband Mike, and Lori Boyer; grandchildren, Jerett Lovin, Alex Mabry and wife Jamie, Collin Bruton, Corbin Bruton, Christopher Bruton, Samuel Boyer, Lauren Boyer, and Maverick Boyer; two great grandchildren, Vladimer Lovin and Sarah Mabry; two sisters, Gail Reaves and Ester Bender; one brother, Chester Moore and wife Janice; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 2, 2019 at two o’clock in the afternoon at Supply Baptist Church with Reverend Billy Rave officiating. Masonic Rites will be accorded by Shallotte Lodge #727 A.F. & A. M.

Friends are invited to a time of visitation with the family at Supply Baptist Church one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

In lieu of customary remembrances the family asks that memorials be made to The Masonic Home for Children at Oxford, 600 College Street, Oxford, North Carolina 27565 or Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
