It's hard to encapsulate all the ways Grandpa impacted my life. From one "life experience" to another, he always found meaning in the good, the bad and everything in between. He always had a quip for any situation I was going through. When I was adjusting to a new job that was more challenging than I would liked it to have been, he told me that "New jobs are like new shoes, they look real nice, but usually pinch in a few places. Eventually you'll wear them in and forget they were ever new." I'll miss the sage life advice like this that he would rattle from the top of his head on any old casual phone call. I know I am incredibly lucky to have had such a kind, generous Grandpa who I know will be cheering me on as I continue to rack up my "life experiences."  Love, Amy 

Grandpa would always remind me of the story when he and grandma couldn't decide whether or not to take me out of my highchair. I told them to "just do it." He gave me that advice back so many times over the years. Reminding me to just shoot for the moon and I always knew he would be there if fell. I am so thankful for the life lessons he shared over the years and the impact they have had on my growth. I know he will be there with me for the rest of the life experiences I have to come. 

Our deepest prayers and sympathies are with all of you at this very sad time. Although we didn't know Tommy very well we knew what a wonderful, kind man he was and how much he loved his family.

We are so sorry for your loss. We will cherish all the  memories especially all the 4th of July celebrations in recent years. I have very  fond memories of spending a few summers in New Jersey with your entire family . Love and prayers may you rest in peace Uncle Tommy. Feel our virtual hugs! There are so many wonderful memories of your Dad although one of my favorite memories was recently at a family gathering.  I was sitting next to your Dad when he said “  I have never been so happy in my life “.  As he said this he was looking around the room at his family.  The love within his heart had bought him so much joy and peace, he was so happy.  This will always be my favorite memory.  I loved your Dad very much.  Forever in my heart.
