Kotz, Shirley M., 82 of Boca Raton and formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away February 19, 2011. Born on September 18, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to Edward and Pricilla Krantz. Shirley was preceded in death by her brother, Edward and sister, Jeanne. She is survived by her long time companion, Bernard Peck and brother, Wayne Krantz.
