Richard was born on April 8th, 1939 in Sperlonga, Italy to Francesco and Elia (Turillo) Riccardi. He joined the US Military in 1959 and served his country for over 27 years.
On November 10th, 2007, he married Sharon Joy Riccardi. Together they had a beautiful blended family with lots of happy memories.
Richard had a love for cars and model building. He was a collector of many things and a love for his family always captured with many photographs displayed throughout his home. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile and his kind compassionate spirit.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Francesco, and his mother, Elia. Also preceded in death by sister, Maria and brother, Ronnie Riccardi. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, his children, Michael (Heather) Riccardi, Tracie (Brian) Greenberg, Paul Riccardi, Robert (Megan) Riccardi and many grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
