Born August 22nd, 1933 to Nicholas Yakovleff and Mary McKenna in Throgs Neck, Bronx, NY. She was an exceptional and caring individual who touched the lives of all that knew the small yet mighty matriarch. Her hobbies were watercolor painting, creative writing, and gardening. We will also always remember how much she loved to dance.
She married John Peloso on August 2nd, 1952 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Bronx, NY and together they raised eight loving children. Marge was a homemaker and dedicated herself to raising the children, being involved in all aspects of their lives.
She was a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Boca Raton, FL and devoted her faith as a member to the Third Order Carmelites of St. Elias Province of New York.
She was preceded in death by her parents Nicholas and Mary, her only sibling Sister Catherine Yakovleff of the Divine Compassion Order, her youngest daughter Diane, and daughter-in-law Lisa.
She is survived by her husband John, and children: Alexis Gaddy and spouse Steve, Bernadette King and spouse Mike, Father John Peloso, Michael Peloso, Corinne Peloso, Chris Peloso and spouse Paula, and Joe Peloso and spouse Carol.
Grandchildren: Monica Talcott and spouse Brendt, Matt Hingle and spouse Kiley, Jessica Rutherford and children, Eric Rutherford, Krista Salinas and spouse William, Christopher Peloso, Michael Peloso and spouse Kellie, Kara Hires and spouse Brett, Vincent Peloso, Victoria Tolan, Joey Peloso, and Dominic Peloso.
Great Grandchildren: Madisyn MacDonald, McKenzee MacDonald, Luke Hingle, Jace Talcott, Daniel Hires, and Emma Hires.
Great Great Grandson: Ramsey Pollack.
A mass will be held at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Saturday, March 21st at 9:30 am.
A private graveside service will follow. The family will receive guests back at Babione-Kraeer Funeral Home at 12:00pm for a reception.
