Theresa Ann (Alvey) Clements, 73, of Bloomington, IN passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023. She was born September 19, 1950 in Greenwood, IN the daughter of the late Paul Alvey and Myrtle Easter (Patterson) Hazelgrove.
Theresa was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and a member of the Bloomington Moose Lodge 745. She enjoyed carnivals, crocheting, Yahtzee, animals, nature, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed.
Theresa is survived by her daughter, Misti Bennett and her husband Erik; her son, Scott Clements; a step-daughter, Crystal Mikels and her husband Brady; a step-son, J.R. Morris and his wife Angie; two brothers, Paul Alvey and Tommy Alvey and his wife Betty; a sister, Rosemary Buchanan; two brother-in-laws, Dean Whitmill and Eddie Deckard; three grandchildren, Bailey, Sebastian, and Cody; a great-granddaughter, Graicsyn; and many other beloved family members.
In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Morris; a daughter, Cassandra Clements; two sisters, Lorinda Whitmill and Deborah Deckard; and a grandson, Christian Bennett.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2023 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church; officiated by Father Thomas Kovatch. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greenwood, IN. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home
