Michael Edward Kinley

Michael Edward Kinley, 74, of Bloomington passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 in Majestic Care of Bloomington. He was born April 7, 1949 in Bedford to Graham O. Kinley and Mary E. Boling Kinley. He was a former Manager at Village Pantry. Survivors include his two daughters, Angie Kinley of Martinsville and Traci Alltop of Bloomington; two brothers, John S. Kinley and L. Thomas Kinley both of Bloomington; four grandchildren, Zachary Cox, Nickolas Cox, Kortney Kinley and Katherine Alltop; eight great grandchildren, Kamden, Izaeyah and Neyam Arana, Layne and Linkoln Hewell, Chole Ikerd and Jaeda and Amiya Cox; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Luther Ray Kinley who died in infancy; and a grandson, Kenneth Alltop. Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, raising homing pigeons, chickens and houseplants and was an avid reader. The family would like to extend a deep thank you to the nurses and staff at Majestic Care. There will be a Celebration of Life held a later date.
