As Cynthia Elaine Montgomery, age 66, was at home surrounded by family; she went to be home with Lord on August 5th, 2023. Cynthia was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 4th, 1957 to Phyllis and Larry Macy.
Survivors include her daughters, Catherine Grace (Juan Rivera) Montgomery and Jessica Lee Sagri; her grandchildren, Samara Elaine Noerr, Mikail Sagri, and Jarood Sagri; her siblings, Linda Herald and David Macy; and former son-in-law, Taquir Sagri.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Michael Montgomery; her parents, Phyllis and Larry Macy; her brother, Greg Macy; and her grandson, Uriah Sagri.
In life, Cynthia was the rock of her family. To Cynthia, family—especially her grandchildren were her world. Cynthia also had an empathetic heart and was a mother to many. She was a warrior of faith and held Jesus close to her heart. She enjoyed cooking (and was a wonderful cook), gardening, nature, painting, and riding horses (especially the horse she had growing up named Blue). She will be missed by all who knew her.
