William Foster “Will” Nott, 52, of Bloomington, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at his residence. He was born on December 4, 1971 in Normal, a son of David H. and Anne L. (Foster) Nott. Will married Angelia Marie Mendoza on December 27, 2015 in Lexington. She survives.
He is also survived by his mother Anne Nott of Bloomington; three children, Kennedee L. (Jullian) Salerno of St. Louis, Missouri and twins, Dwayne Foster Nott and Mary Jane Nott, both of Bloomington; two step-daughters, Izzy Mendoza of Gridley and Hunter Mendoza of Secor; one sister, Ruth Elaine Nott of San Francisco, California; two brothers, Edward “Ed” (Krista) Nott of Terre Haute, Indiana and Elliott Nott of Chicago; one step-brother, Michael (Lori) Nott of Long Island, New York; and several nieces and
nephews.
Will was preceded in death by his father, Dr. David Nott.
He was affectionately known as, “Your Hott Cousin Will” to many. He was the lead guitarist and lead vocalist for band RiverSalt.
Will and his family attended Song & Sword Church in Bloomington.
Will’s family has arranged a memorial service at 10:00 am on Monday, November 25, 2024 at East Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel in Bloomington with a luncheon to follow at Calvary United Methodist Church in Bloomington. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to East Lawn Funeral Home in Bloomington.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be deposited the account of Angelia Nott at
Heartland Bank and Trust for the Nott twins.
