She was born December 29,1947 in Springfield Il, to Richard and Arlowynne Dawson. Judith married David Ramsey; he preceded her in death.
Judith graduated from Southern Illinois university Carbondale in 1969. She retired from the state of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, as a social worker. She spent her entire career in the bloomington area.
Judith leaves to cherish her memory, sisters;Sue Killelea, and Barbara Scott; three nieces, two nephews and three stepchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Services for Judith will be held on Saturday May 10th, 2025, 10:00 AM at Epiphany Catholic Church 1000 E College Ave, Normal, IL 61761.
Burial will follow immediately at East Lawn Memorial Gardens 1002 Airport Rd, Bloomington Il, 61704.
