BLOOMINGTON – Ina Pearl Webb, 75, of Bloomington passed away Thursday, May 4th, at her home. She was born April 4, 1942, the daughter of Carl and Edith Cummings. She married Herbert Cade. He precedes her in death.
Over the years, Pearl worked for the Peoples Bank, Clinton Power, the Bloomington Pantagraph, and served as court clerk in McLean County. She was devoted to her family, kids, and grandkids. Nothing meant more to her than her family being together. Pearl was a member of the Women of the Moose for 47 years, joining April 1, 1970. She was awarded with a Moose college degree on June 23, 1974, and an Academy of Friendship degree on April 23, 1972. She also received her Star Recorder degree on July 2, 2016.
She is survived by four sons, including Michael (Dawn) Cade of Crown Point, Indiana; Tony Cade of Bloomington; Roger Cade of Bloomington, and Douglas (Jeannie) Cade of North Fort Myers, Florida. Also surviving are five grandchildren Shane and Scott Cade, Brittany (Ryan) Garrett, Courtney Cade, and Jakiya (Nick) Cade. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, Jadyn, Camryn, Nolan, and Lucas; a sister Phyllis Miller of Tennessee, a nephew Chuck Miller of Tennessee, and a niece Edie Miller (Bob) Jenner of Nashville, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a nephew, Carly Miller.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 8th at Bloomington Moose Lodge 745 from 3 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pearl’s name to Moose Charities or the Humane Society of Central Illinois.
