Crystal attended Heyworth High School, cheerleading for the Heyworth Hornets. She graduated with honors in the class of 2002. Crystal went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in graphic design and marketing from Concordia University, where she also sang in High Choir. Crystal was an accomplished artist and she graduated with honors and a gold tassel award. She played first chair flute in Concordia Wind Symphony and toured China with the Wind Symphony. Crystal was a member of the Lutheran Missouri Synod and Christ Lutheran Church in Normal. She lived with her mother, Sandra and Sandra’s fiancé, Steven Napier since 2012. She and her mother were constant companions, best friends, and inseparable!
Surviving are her mother, Sandra Williams of Bloomington; father, Gene Williams of Bloomington; brother, Mark Williams of Bloomington; and many cousins, near and far.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at East Lawn Funeral Home, Bloomington. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at East Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bloomington.
