Tiffany Clemons, age 33, of Fontana, California passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Tiffany was born September 16, 1988 in Los Angeles, California to Selena Gough and Larry D. Clemons.
A funeral service for Tiffany will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. Following the funeral service will be a graveside committal at 11:45 AM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
