Francisco is survived by his wife, Helen Rodriguez; sisters Guadalupe, Rosa, Martha, Maria Teresa, sisters Gloaria, Sylvia and Laura and brothers Jose Luis, Hugo and Carlos.
A viewing for Francisco will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Green Acres Mortuary, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316. A committal service will occur Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington, CA 92316.
