Walter Leon Quick age 88 of Cropwell, AL Saturday, June 16, 2012. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Pell City. Mr. Quick was a member of the Mason’s Lodge and a Shriner at Zamora Temple. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Annie Boutwell Quick; daughter, Martha Ann Quick; brothers and sisters, Clark Collins Quick, Jessie Smithers, Jewel Eldridge, and James Harold Quick. He is survived by his son, Walter Quick, II; grandson, Bradford C. Quick; sister, Byrda Ennis; nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel followed by a graveside service at 2:00 pm in Elmwood Cemetery.
