Thomas Leverne Foster, 76, passed away on December 23, 2021 after a long battle with Parkinson's. He led a fulfilling life which began in Talladega. He was the President of Beta Theta Pi at the University of Alabama. He served in the Army earning a Bronze Star in Vietnam. After earning a law degree from Cumberland School of Law, he served as a city judge and as an administrative assistant for Congressman Bill Nichols in Washington, D.C. He then opened his real estate law practice in Birmingham, Alabama where he practiced for 35 years. Tom is survived by his wife Donna, son Brannon, daughter Laney, grandson Maxwell, granddaughter Emma and sister June. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday January 8th at First Baptist Church in Trussville, Alabama.
