Steven H. Bryant of Pinson, AL passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the age of 67. Steven was a loving and devoted husband, brother, uncle, and friend who loved to play jokes and could tell the most (un)believable stories. He was truly loved and will be greatly missed. Steven owned and operated American Industrial Piping, Inc. for more than 28 years and mostly worked in Huntsville for the Redstone Arsenal. He was a member and attended the Doctrinal Studies Bible Church in Birmingham. He had also served his country proudly as a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves. Steven enjoyed cheering on his Auburn Tigers football team (War Eagle) and just loved being outdoors. When he wasn’t working he could always be found riding his equipment with his dog Twig by his side, fishing, or playing with his dogs -(best buddies) Twig, Gypsey, and Spoofy. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Harold Bryant and a brother, Hal Bryant (Carol). He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Winifred “Winnie” Bryant; mother, Barbara Bryant; brother Robert (Emma) Bryant; sister, Ginger Clements, (Jim); brother-in-law, Ward Dale (Teresa); sister-in-law, Sandy Phillips (Gerald); several nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11 AM with a visitation beginning at 10 AM. A special thanks to Shelly, Leslie, and Emma for their loving care of Steven during his illness. A lunch reception will be held at the Doctrinal Studies Bible Church following the service. 327 Camp Circle, Birmingham, AL 35215
