Sandra Plunkett

Sandra was born in Sylacauga Alabama on Feb 1, 1947 to Oscar and Doris Talley. She finished

out her childhood years in Huffman Alabama and graduated from Banks High School. Sandra is

retired from Altec Industries in Birmingham, AL.

She was deeply loved and will be missed by her Husband, Wayne Plunkett of Locust Fork

Alabama, her sister Vicky Haynes of Hanceville Alabama, her brother and his wife Neil and

Debra Talley of Decatur Alabama, her daughter and her husband Karen and Mitchel Owens of

Saint Simons Georgia, her grandson and his wife Ryan and Michelle Martin of Virginia Beach

Virginia, and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Braiden, and Chad Martin. Sandra loved Jesus

and her family with all of her heart. She loved to work puzzles, watch the birds, and travel to

see all of God's creations.

Visitation will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel and Funeral home located at 1500

Gadsden Highway, Trussville, Alabama 35235 on Wednesday Oct 16, 2024, from 1100-1:00pm

with a memorial service beginning at 1:00pm. Burial services will take place at Jefferson

Memorial Cemetery following the service.
