Marsha McCabe

MCCABE, MARSHA, age 57, of Panama City, FL passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father, Frances McCabe; mother, Betty Ruth Powell; the father of her children, Pete Cobb; sister, Frances Erwin; and aunt, Barbara Grimes. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Ness (Kent Ness); estranged son, Jimmy Cobb; grandchildren, Ashley, Brittaney and Courtney Hyman and Hannah, Meagan and Little Man Cobb; brothers, Mitchell Schmid (Penny Schmid), Martin Schmid and Michael McCabe; nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Christopher, Kobe, Caitlyn, Jada, Candace, Krista, Brianna, Dawn and Roy Paul. Special thanks to Penny and Mitchell Schmid and Claudine and Ronnie Erwin for their loving care. Marsha loved caring for animals and plants, writing poetry, painting and drawing. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel from 5-7 PM. Her service will be at the chapel on Friday, May 11, 2012 beginning at 2 PM with Bro. Dwayne Boatwright officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Heaven has been waiting for you and you are finally there.
