Leo C. Prince of Trussville, Alabama passed away in his home on August 29, 2020, at the age of 71, which was also the celebration of his 51st wedding anniversary with his wife Deborah Prince. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to many and will be greatly missed. He retired at the young age of 62 as a salesman and for most of his career he sold truck bodies and equipment. He was a great salesman who never met a stranger or someone he didn't know. He was preceded in death by his parents Cebern C. Prince and Frances Smith Doty and his brothers Wayne, Tommy and Garry Prince. He is survived by his wife Deborah Prince, his children Serena (Barry) Wesley and Eric Prince; his grandchildren, Trevor and Brody Wesley and Madelynn Willingham; his siblings Cathy Patterson and David Prince; a host of nieces and nephews and great niece and great nephews. His family will celebrate his life with visitation of Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 5-7 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. His service will be at the chapel on Friday, September 4, 2020 beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or The National Kidney Association.
