On June 15th, 2023 Helen Ferguson Stewart Ling met her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Helen loved people and put others before herself. She was a member of the church for 75 years. Playing the piano brought joy to her and those she played for. She was a member of the church and choir at Bluff Park United Methodist Church. She was a faithful and conscientious employee of Alagasco for 40 years.
Helen is survived by Walter Ling Jr. and was predeceased by former husband, John D. Stewart and brother
Stanley Ferguson.
Helen will be dearly missed by family and friends. Helen will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery.
A funeral service for Helen will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Elmwood Chapel on 800 Dennison Ave SW Birmingham, ALabama 35211
