Col. Robert “Bob” Raymond Mullins, Jr., USMCR (Ret.) went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2022, at the age of 59. He is survived by his wife, Tracy Kieran Mullins, daughter, Elizabeth Kieran Mullins, and son, Robert Jacob Mullins. He is also survived by his parents, Lt. Col. Robert R. Mullins, Sr., USMC (Ret.) and Carolyn Hankins Mullins; his sister, Francie Mullins McArdle (Tom) and nieces Olivia McArdle, Cara McArdle, and Laura McArdle; and brother, Stan Mullins. Bob is also survived by numerous friends and his brothers of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, Alpha Eta chapter.
Bob was a lifelong adventurer, friend to many, and faithful Marine. His wit and humor, love of nature, and many stories will be both missed and dearly remembered. Above all, he was a loving husband and treasured father.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6th, at The Chapel at Church of the Highlands, Grants Mill campus, at 1:00 pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to The Semper Fi Fund or the Alabama Audubon society.
