With sorrow, Temple Beth-El announces the death of Robert Zivitz of Birmingham on April 22, 2020. Robert is survived by his children, Sharon Zivitz Kuttner (Jacob) of Marietta, GA, Gary Zivitz of Atlanta, GA, and Mark Zivitz (Rachel) of New York; brother, Melvin Zivitz (Melissa) of Birmingham; and grandchildren, Sam Kuttner, Jonathan Kuttner and Zachary Zivitz. Our sincere condolences are extended to Robert's loving family and friends.
A private burial will take place at 2 pm on Friday, April 24, at Elmwood Cemetery.
The family requests that donations be made in Robert's memory to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society or the charity of your choice.
May Robert rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him. May God comfort these mourners among all the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
