Rosemary Elizabeth Smith, age 84 passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024 in Norman, OK at the age of 84. She was born April 6, 1940 in DeWitt, NY to Harold Lenard and Hilda Gertrude(Temple) Brooks who both preceded her in death. Rosemary was a Nurse Anesthetist serving in the Army and Air Force and obtaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Smith in 2023.
