Howard Sherman Houser was born in Emporia, KS to Arthur J. Houser and Waunita Catherine Jackson Houser. He was an Air Force Veteran and a member of the Elks Lodge in Belton.
Howard was predeceased by his loving wife of 66 and one-half years, Leona Mae Twite and his parents. He is survived by four children, Linda Coutts, Naples, FL, Janet Booth (Timothy) Grandview, MO, Arthur Houser (Susan) Ft. Scott, KS, and Glenn Houser, Naples, FL; four grandchildren, Curt Coutts (Heather) Gardner, KS, Arthur Houser (Catherine) Lake Jackson, TX, Amanda Booth, North Kansas City, MO and Aaron Houser (Rebekah) Ft. Scott, KS; and four great-grandchildren.
