Alvin was born June 7, 1925 in Kansas City, MO to Leland and Leona Rugh Wheeler. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a lifelong resident who owned and operated a TV repair business.
Alvin is survived by 2 sons, Paul (Anne) and Mick (Jackie) Wheeler; 3 Grandsons and 1 Great-Granddaughter.
