Richard Anthony Monaco

Richard was raised by Carmela (Cipriano) and Joseph Monaco in Buffalo, NY and is the youngest of their 10 children. He met his wife Marie in his teenage years and they enjoyed 62 years of marriage until her passing in 2008. They had 3 children together Richard Jr., Robert and Janice.

Eventually Richard and Marie moved to Seattle to be close to their family and built a house from the ground up in Covington, WA. Richard worked from a young age and liked to tout about the variety of jobs he found himself in. He was a lover of classic movies and would like to challenge others on movie trivia. In 1984 Richard began working for Boeing as a Maintenance Electrician until he retired 10 years later. Outside of work, Richard and his wife Marie loved to travel! They would often visit Florida with close childhood friends for months at a time and in-between visit NY, California, Nevada Mexico and Canada.

Richard is survived by his 2 sons, Richard Monaco Jr. and Robert Monaco; daughter, Janice Monaco-Keller; 6 grandchildren, Aaron, Jared, Michelle, Erika, Gary and Ryan; and many great-grandchildren.
