Jim was born in San Diego on September 26th, 1963.
He graduated from Canyon High School (Anaheim, CA) and continued on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from American Military University.
Jim was married to Lisa on February 27th; they were married 33 years.
Jim worked as a police officer for the Bellevue Police Department for 25 years. His second career was as the Director of Security for Kemper Development Company. He loved spending time with his family, golfing, and hiking.
Jim is survived by Lisa, James and Anna, mother Terry Jolliffe, siblings Tina Kotula, Daniel Jolliffe, and Jill Hunter and other family and friends.
Jim is preceded in death by his father Lyman Jolliffe.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 September 21st at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Grand Ballroom. Mike Ryan, Chaplain for Bellevue Police and Fire, will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Sunset Hills Memorial Park and Funeral Home, Bellevue.
