He is preceded in death by his parents, Kelly and Marie (Kimbly) Orr, wife DeEtta Orr, and son, Marcus A. Orr.
Charles is survived by his children; Christina Dee Boyer, Debra Ann, Tony Lee Hale, Charles E. Orr, Jr., and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews who love him and will miss him dearly.
Charles proudly served in the United States Army. He was a good man who loved his Country, his family and his friends. If you knew Charlie, you loved Charlie!
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner-Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner-Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
Interment will follow at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
