The Romero Castellanos Family, as we were.  Now we are missing Laura the oldest sister (2-19-2019) and Arturo.  Soar with the angels my darlings, until we meet again...

La perdida de un ser querido tan maravilloso ser humano, sereno, dulce, transmitiendo paz, siempre dispuesto a ayudar a todos, asi era mi hermano Arturo, el dolor es mas profundo.  Seguramente Dios necesitaba en el cielo para que lo ayuden con esta humanidad tan perdida, por eso, aunque yo soy mayor Arturo se fue antes.  El no se equivoca.  
The loss of a loved one, whom was a beautiful human, peaceful, sweet,  and always willing to help anyone, that was my brother  Arturo, the pain of losing him is deeper.  Surely God must to have a need for another angel in heaven to help him with humanity that is so lost.  He was younger than me and he left us before. God never make mistakes.

Recordaremos por siempre a tío Arturo, el papa, como todos sus nietos (y sobrinos) lo llamábamos con todo cariño. Un ejemplo de vida, lleno de paz, amor y servicio. Repartió siempre, sin esperar recibir nada a cambio, su cariño, consejos, apoyo y compañía, siempre con paciencia y sentido del humor, viendo siempre el lado positivo de la vida.
No le decimos adiós, sino un hasta pronto!
Acompañando de corazón y a la distancia a nuestra querida tía Trudy, y nuestros primos Arthur y familia y Vivian y familia.

Mi querido hermano te extrañare mucho.   Nunca he conocido un hombre como el siempre estaba allí listo para ayudarme.  Tengo y tube otros hermanos pero no como el,  lo más bello que he tenido en mi vida.  Adiós mi querido hermanito, te veré en el cielo.

May God take you into his kingdom and bless you with eternal love. To you,  I thank you for being there for me and my family when we needed help those many years ago. As a little boy I wanted to grow up to be like Tío Arturo. To me, you were the definition of calmness, reflection, and selflessness. 

I can only smile to think that you are reunited with your beloved daughter, siblings and parents in heaven.

I won’t say good bye but rather until we meet again Tío Arturo.

Tío Arturo will forever be in our hearts. He was a special uncle to all of us.   Our hearts are broken but the memories will stay in our hearts.

From El Salvador,  we will always remember Tío as a funny person, so calm and yet had a great delivery for his subtle sense of humor. I personally owe him lots of appreciation for his guidance (when I was a teenager in a new country and in a new society) that helped me to understand the new beginning  (also Tia Tula).
Its hard but its another step of life as we know it and hopefully, Arthur (and family) and Vivian (and family) will find the peace and smiles that brings the memories of him.
Tía Tula, after 55+ years together any attempt to console you will fall short, our hearts cry with you but also know that he had a great life because of you....we will have a cup of coffee and remember those crazy moments with tio..all the Love Belky and Moyo

The Ruiz Family gives our deepest condolences for the passing of our Uncle. 

Our hearts are heavy, we celebrate a life that truly reflected the love and character of Jesus Christ. He was a man who lived exactly how God calls us to live—steadfast in faith, humble in spirit, and overflowing with kindness.

My Uncle consistently walked in the Fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. He wasn’t just a good man; he was a godly man. In his presence, you felt comfort, strength, and unwavering encouragement. He was a listening ear, a wise counselor, a helping hand, and a warm embrace all in one.

What I admired most is that his faith wasn’t just in his words—it was in his actions. Whether in big or small ways, he served others without expecting anything in return. His life was a living sermon, and he taught us all what it truly means to follow Christ.

I want to be more like my Uncle. I want to love like he loved, serve like he served, and live like he lived—with purpose, compassion, and unshakable faith.

He will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, faith, and integrity will echo for generations to come. He ran his race well, and now he rests in the arms of the Savior he so faithfully followed.
