Hello, my name is Howard Bangert. Many years ago in the late 70s and early 80s, I served in the Army National Guard at Dundalk with Billy.  I remember he was the Platoon Sgt. of the medical platoon and occasionally Acting 1st Sergeant. He was an NCO of the highest caliber and a very cordial individual. 

My deepest condolences on his passing.

Dear Joanne, Stacy, Jennifer & Family's/ Many Friends,

I only recently learned of Billy's passing .  I have many memories of him from our days at dear St. Wenceslaus.  My thanks go out to my sister Terry and Denis Biscoe for supplying me information I desperately needed.

Billy Kehoe: rock solid, highly likeable, honest as the day is long, dressed neat as a pin, and very dependable.  I can say here that Billy never changed.  Believe me, that is a compliment.  If he said he was going to do something, he did!  If  he said he couldn't do something, he explained why it was impossible.  I remember that even at such a young age as we all were than,  he was mature way beyond his years.  He had a sense of dignity about him which I have always remembered.  I can't properly explain it to you but I am confidant classmates that read this now, will know what I am talking about.  My first cousin, Bob Myers and spouse Marlene, were close friends of he and Joanne's.  I truly regret that over the years I lost contact with Billy.  Could have been something having to do with the fact that he lived in a different part of town.  

Nevertheless, I will never forget him and feel sad that I didn't do a better job of keeping in touch.  I do have faith that one day, in God's good time, I will see him again, and more importantly, so will his devoted Family, everyone of them.

I will keep Billy and Family in my prayers, for as long as I live.

Looking through all the pictures on this memorial page, it's easy to see what a full life Mr. Billy led surrounded by family and friends.  I have fond memories of watching Mr. Billy sing Frank Sinatra at a bar on Belair Road........Jen, I think we even got up and attempted to sing!  You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
