On January 13, 2017 Virginia B. Balls (nee Burns) beloved wife of the late Melvin Balls; devoted mother of Robert Spencer and his wife Rosemary; loving grandmother of Jennifer Griffin, Heather Rockhill, Katie Spencer, Elizabeth Spencer and Amanda Spencer; also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc. 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Tuesday from 10 to 11 AM at which time the Funeral Service will begin.
