Thomas B. Owen, age 73, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Beloved husband of 53 years to Carol M. Owen (nee Blind); devoted father of Jamie C. Owen, and Jennifer C Hanowell and her husband James; loving grandfather of Grant, Alexander, and Eleanor; dear brother of Robert E. Owen, Julie Sehnert, and the late Barbara Schuler. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephew and extended family and his devoted dog Grizz.
A Celebration of Thomas's life will be held at a later date in his home town of St. Louis, Missouri.
